We are seeking meticulous and proactive Payroll and HR Administrator to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of payroll processes, accurate data management, and comprehensive HR support. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional employee experiences.

 

Located in Jakarta this role would be on a permanent contract.

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO

 

Your key responsibilities will initially include:

 

  • Payroll Administration: 
    • Coordinate/ collating monthly payroll data with key stakeholders to provide to external payroll vendor.
    • Monitor, oversee payroll vendors performance

 

  • Reporting and Data Management: 
    • Maintenance of employee records and electronic files
    • Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the HRIS
    • Prepare HR reports and statistics
    • Assist with audit activities.

 

  • Supporting with general HR queries
    • Provide admin support through employee lifecycle
    • Support HR projects and technology implementations.

 

 

WHO YOU ARE

 

  • Experience with monthly payroll administrative process and payroll vendor management
  • High level of administrative and interpersonal skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Experience with Success Factors 
  • Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office products including Excel
  • Quality driven with the ability to optimise processes
  • Adaptable with a passion for teamwork and service delivery
  • A degree or qualification in HR would be advantageous (not essential)
