INTRODUCTION:

We are seeking Collaborative Planner for collaborating with the market area internal stakeholders and the customer to gather the forecasted material demand and pass that through to the global inventory planning organization. Working with the customers to align and increase the accuracy of the material master data to improve the customer experience and the efficiencies of internal processes relating to sales and operations execution.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Facilitate tasks to align the business with the customer centric way of working
- Communicate and work together seamlessly with Market Area, end customer, Global Logistics and Product Line to acquire and assure accuracy of the demand forecast used as base for planning of Metso operations
- Work with Market Area sales and customer to build a consensus plan of orders and forecast.
- Responsibility of transferring customer demand forecast to the Global Logistics and other Metso supply chains input through administration of the respective systems (SAP and workflows)
- Request special planning parameters (SPP) based on Market area, customer and Product Line information, utilizing the special supporting tools for accurate estimate on required stock levels
- Monitor selected key accounts on performance for key performance metrics and utilize prioritized escalation to support channels
- Identify and act to mitigate potential deviations in baseline datasets, forecast, transactional data of customer and Global Logistics
- Find opportunities to educate business stakeholders (internal and external) in the collaborative planning best practices and available
- Global Logistics support models that could be easily connected to increase value add and business with key accounts.
- Actively participate in running of Team meetings
WHO YOU ARE
- At least 2 years experienced in a similar role (Logistic, Inventory Planning, Forecasting, Supply chain management)
- Strong Interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced Analytical and problem-solving skills using data processing tools (e.g Ms Excel)
- Organisational and time management skills
- Work autonomously and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, positively contributing to the culture of the organization.
- Strong communication, cooperation interpersonal and presentation skills and able to utilize reporting tools.
- Articulate, engage and analyse situations, seek practical solutions to drive positive outcomes.
- Previous SAP experience
- Preferable knowledge of Global Principle or Intercompany Model would be an advantage
