Introduction
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our North and Central America Talent Acquisition team on contract for 6-months. In this role, you will proactively source candidates, manage requisitions, and drive the recruitment process to enhance both the hiring manager and candidate experience, contributing to the growth of a diverse and high-performing workforce.
You will report to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition NCA.
This role is based onsite in Irapuato, Mexico.

You will join a team of talent acquisition professionals focused on attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent across North and Central America. Our team plays a key role in supporting business growth by building strong talent pipelines, improving the candidate experience, and enabling inclusive hiring practices.
We collaborate closely with hiring managers, HR partners, department leaders, and candidates. Our ways of working emphasize open and honest communication, getting things done together, continuous improvement, accountability, and respect.
What you’ll do
- Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs, develop job descriptions and job ads, and support effective interview processes.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and fit.
- Proactively source and engage passive candidates using advanced sourcing techniques, social media, job boards, talent pools, and market mapping.
- Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Manage the candidate experience through timely, respectful, and consistent communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives by creating engaging content for careers pages, social media, and recruitment campaigns.
- Analyze recruitment marketing performance and optimize strategies to improve reach, engagement, and candidate quality.
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to support a smooth onboarding process for new hires and continuously improve recruitment practices.
What you’ll bring
- Experience in recruitment in a corporate or agency environment.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools, including Boolean search, social media platforms, job boards, and talent pools.
- Experience partnering with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to deliver an effective and inclusive recruitment process.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong project management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
