Introduction
We are seeking a Specialist, Quotation to join our Mexico team. You will be responsible to provide MA’s (sales/sales support) within the defined region, quotation including costing, recommended sales price, graphic representations, and contract details for all mill lining products. Analyze the best source within the Commercial demand and supply control team., you will report to the Assistant Manager, Mill Lining Quotations Americas.
This position is mainly located in Irapuato, Guanajuato MX. However, it involves up to 50-70% of travel to Customer Sites

You will join a team of Quotation experts committed to providing solutions to all the stakeholder and customers.
We work closely with internal stakeholders, such as Sale Account Managers and Field Services Engineers. Our team culture is all about providing the best solutions for the customer and internal stakeholders.
What you’ll do:
To participate in/perform/create:
• Create and Evaluate: Develop accurate and comprehensive quotations, ensuring they reflect the best cost structure, pricing strategy, and design.
• Customer-Focused Solutions: Handle new, repeat, OEM, budget, and firm quotations while maintaining Metso’s reputation as a trusted partner.
• Collaborate: Work with the Pricing Governance role and product groups to review pricing, and collaborate with the Long Term Agreements Specialist to review contract details. • Ensure Accuracy: Support logistics with freight estimation and the supply chain with up-to-date pricing and lead times.
• Leverage Tools: Use our advanced tools and systems to ensure our offerings are consistently profitable, leveraging historical data for accurate costing and pricing.
Bonus Experience: Experience with mill lining products, or similar, will set you apart. Knowledge of contract processes is valuable.
