  • Analyze operational and financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to management for decision-making.
  • Prepare and maintain financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses in line with business requirements.
  • Collaborate with factory management and project teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies, internal controls, and reporting standards.
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial information.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in financial processes, reporting tools, and performance management practices.

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in financial controlling, project controlling, manufacturing finance, or operational finance environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into business insights.
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, cost control, financial reporting, and performance analysis.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders and influence decision-making through data-driven recommendations.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to present financial information to both finance and non-finance audiences.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, financial reporting tools, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Nice to have: Experience supporting factory start-up projects, manufacturing operations, or capital investment projects in a global organization.
