Title:
Manufacturing and Design Engineer / SVSBDP Filtration (Services / Beneficiation and Dewatering Products – Filtration)
2. Job Statement:The Manufacturing and Design Engineer is a professional that will do and prepare all CAD drawings and process steps required for product manufacturing. Process steps involved materials configuration in system, production philosophy for all equipment installed, drawings required by area with specific dimensions and specification required, these drawings apply for production and safety material handling devices. This professional will support and create information altogether with Manufacturing Engineering team according to engineering needs. Must be responsible and comply with all safety guidelines, a keen eye for detail and great mechanical aptitude are also essential.
3. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Understand specifications of the task at hand and desired result by reading blueprints, mechanical drawings etc.
Create / Change and Maintain SAP data information.
Create / Change and maintain documents such as working instructions, standard operation procedures, drawings, production specifications.
Prepare manufacturing instructions by process.
Create drawings for production purposes in all areas, from molds tooling parts, lifting and safety devices, production drawings, to assemblies.
Prepare a test run to check if the machines produce outputs according to specifications.
Keep records of approved and defective units or final products.
Inspect and measure finish products and compare them with requirements to determinate if the process has been completed properly and identity issues.
Check and maintain machinery daily to ensure functionality.
Planning the sequence of necessary actions for the completion of a job.
Create / Develop manufacturing improvements.

5. Travel Requirements:Not frequently travel is needed, maybe one or two times per year. (Valid passport must be had)
6. Qualifications & Experience:
Proven experience as designer and process manufacturing development, experience in develop production drawings and instructions, experience with (Polypropylene) will be a plus. Minimum 4 years of experience. Experience in using Solid works, SAP desired.
Well organized and project follow up for activities.
Experience with suppliers to develop plant engineering activities.
7. Skills and Abilities: Good understanding of writing and verbal English languages.
A good level of computer skills in essential – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams and others.
Skill in using Solid works.
Skill in using SAP is desired.
Ability to use precision tools to take accurate measurements.
Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings.
Mechanical aptitude and good math skills.
Knowledge of the properties of metal, plastics and other materials.
Knowledge of standards GD&T, and safety regulations.
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manuals.
Certificate or diploma in engineering or relevant discipline.
Good communication abilities.
