Introduction


We are looking for a Invoicing Leader to join our Finance Mexico team. You will be performing accounting activities in accordance with accounting principles and standard to control the organization’s financial
resources and ensure that complies with all relevant regulations, laws, and reporting requirement. In this position, you will report to the Transactional Finance Manager.

 

This position is mainly located in Irapuato, Gto

You will join a team of Finance professionals dedicated to providing solutions to all stakeholders.
We collaborate closely with manufacturing plants, project managers, logistics teams, North America teams, emphasizing open communication, accountability, and proactive problem‑solving to support efficient operations.

What you’ll do:

 

  • Review and monitoring compliance of tax obligations, including changes in billing requirements from Mexican tax authority.
  • Review and monitoring of requests invoice cancelations in SAT portal.
  • Grant high efficiency on invoicing processes to actively help optimize cash collection.
  • Assure invoicing process continuous improvement.
  • Continuous improvement processes. (Using IA,improvement in SAP)
  • Proactive and eager to solve problems with innovative solutions.
  • Tech-savvy, with advanced skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Able to work well under pressure, managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Driven, with a strong performance orientation and a sense of urgency.
  • Comfortable using office equipment, including phone, personal computer, calculator, and copier.

 

 
What you’ll bring:

  • Comfortable using office equipment, including phone, personal computer, calculator, and copier. Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Accounting or Finance. 
  • Minimum of one (2) year experience in accounting, finance, accounts receivable or billing. 
  • Knowledge in module SD and FI in SAP.
  • Knowledge of fiscal requirements for invoicing.
  • Knowledge of Mexican regulatory invoicing requirements (importation & exportation).
  • Knowledge of account reconciliations (tax vs. accounting).
  • SAP proficiency Proactive
  • English language speaking skills
