Introduction
We are looking a Finance Intern to join our Finance team. In this role you will be supporting processes to comply with the billing invoices of the customer and support in all the new requirement from Mexican tax authority regarding billing. In this position, you will report to the Senior Invoicing.
This position is mainly located in Irapuato, Guanajuato.
Team you belong to
You will join a team of Finance Specialists dedicated to providing solutions to all stakeholders.
We collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams and internal stakeholders, emphasizing open communication, accountability, and proactive problem‑solving to support efficient billing operations.

What you’ll do:
- Assist in managing both local and international invoices, ensuring seamless financial coordination.
- Coordinate internal and external audits, contributing to our company’s financial integrity.
- Ensure compliance with Mexican tax authority requirements, ensuring invoices are up to date with all necessary tax obligations.
- Verify billing information for accuracy and completeness.
- Support month-end billing activities.

Prepare recurring billing reports and metrics.
What you’ll bring
- Proactive and eager to solve problems with innovative solutions.
- Basic knowledge of invoicing and administrative processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables and basic formulas.
- Basic understanding of financial and accounting concepts.
- Tech-savvy, with advanced skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Able to work well under pressure, managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
- A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Driven, with a strong performance orientation and a sense of urgency.
- Comfortable using office equipment, including phone, personal computer, calculator, and copier.
