Field Services Coordinator

Introduction
We are seeking a Field Service Coordinator to join our Services Mexico team. You will be responsible for coordinating efficient and effective Field Service Operations. In this position, you will report to the Service Administrative Manager
This position is mainly located in Irapuato, Guanajauato MX.
Team you belong to
You will join a team dedicated to providing solutions to all services team and stakeholders.
We work closely with internal stakeholders such as suppliers and internal customers. The culture of our team is to provide the best solutions for the client and internal stakeholders. The members in our team are in Mexico.
What you’ll do:
• Managing customer service calls and scheduling field resources
• Coordinating travel logistics and site mobilization (inductions, medicals, tickets, visas, etc.)
• Supporting technicians with timesheet tracking and field service management (FSM) systems• Processing orders in SAP (quotes, service/sales orders)
• Ensuring compliance with internal processes and field safety regulations
• Overseeing financial reporting, utilization tracking, and job margin monitoring
• Serving as the point of contact for customers and field personnel
• Supporting internal service alignment with Sales, Projects, and Spare Parts departments
• Leading and managing Field Service Admin staff
• Assisting with spare parts quoting and delivery confirmation
• Finalizing reports and ensuring job close-outs meet agreed scope
Who you are:
• You have 2–4 years of experience in advanced administrative or service coordination roles
• Strong background in travel/logistics coordination and resource planning
• Experience using SAP, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
• Customer-oriented mindset and ability to resolve escalated issues
• Financial understanding and cost monitoring experience
• Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and understand site safety protocols
• A can-do attitude and the confidence to lead administrative staff
