Introduction

We are seeking a Facilities Coordinator to join our DDH Mexico team. You will be responsible to attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, a customer service orientation is also essential, as the role often involves interacting with client, suppliers, Metso visitors, etc. In this position, you will report to the General Manager, Filter plate factory

This position is mainly located in Irapuato, Guanajauato MX. 

Team you belong to:

You will join a team dedicated to providing solutions to all DDH team and stakeholders.

We work closely with internal stakeholders such as suppliers and internal customers. The culture of our team is to provide the best solutions for the client and internal stakeholders. The members in our team are in Mexico. 

What you’ll do:

•    Managing administrative requests and supporting senior management.
•    Overseeing reception and access control (employees, visitors, surveillance coordination).
•    Supervising the canteen’s cleanliness and supply levels.
•    Managing conference rooms and ensuring all necessary supplies are in place.
•    Maintaining inventory of office supplies, canteen stock, and general services.
•    Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence.
•    Coordinating accommodations, travel, and logistics for local and international visitors.
•    Providing travel support for managers.
•    Collaborating with team members on day-to-day operations.
•    Assisting with internal phone communications.

Who you are:

•    Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams) and SAP.
•    A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
•    Able to work independently and as part of a team.
•    Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
•    Skilled at public speaking and interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
•    Highly organized, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven.
•    Culturally aware with strong intercultural communication skills.
•    Motivated to grow professionally within a global company.
