We are seeking a Product Manager to lead our Combustion Systems and Plant Audits portfolio. This role is responsible for defining and executing product strategy, driving growth, and ensuring strong technical and commercial performance across the product lifecycle.
What You’ll Do
- Drive product growth with a focus on profitability
- Own the product development roadmap and lifecycle management
- Lead creation of new products, from sales input through execution
- Manage the business through pricing optimization, including MALP/GLP, inventory levels, installed base tracking, and competitor activity
- Review and approve warranty-related issues
- Deploy new products to the Market Areas, including training and support materials
- Coordinate with relevant teams to develop marketing and training materials
- Travel up to 40% (including international travel)
Who You Are
- Engineering degree (mechanical, chemical, metallurgical or similar)
- 10+ years’ experience with combustion systems, kilns, or thermal processing preferred
- Strong ability to bridge technical depth with commercial strategy
- Experience working with cross‑functional global teams
- Customer-facing experience in industrial services, capital equipment or technical solutions
- Strong communicator and team builder with a passion for innovation
- Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, establish deadlines and oversee completion of multiple assignments with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Fluent in English; other languages a plus
