Are you a hands‑on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Do you take pride in running an organised, efficient, and high‑performing warehouse? This is your chance to step into a full-time, Monday–Friday role where your skills will directly shape daily operations and team success.

We’re looking for someone who’s ready to lead, streamline processes, and make an impact from day one.

What You’ll Be Doing

• As our Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll be at the heart of our operation—ensuring goods flow smoothly in and out, inventory is spot-on, and your team feels supported and empowered. Your day-to-day will include:
• Overseeing accurate movement of goods into and out of the Henderson warehouse
• Managing inventory control and ensuring all documentation is completed accurately
• Confirming correct quantities of parts are received, match purchase orders/packing slips, and are stored in the right locations
• Supervising the timely unpacking, packing, and dispatch of goods
• Making sure shipments are prepared to meet customer requirements
• Leading annual, periodic, and cyclic stock counts
• Quickly identifying and reporting inventory discrepancies
• Coaching, directing, and supporting warehouse staff to maintain efficient operations
• Ensuring procedures, paperwork, and systems support smooth and accurate inventory management
• Operating an efficient computerised inventory control system to meet operational and budget requirements
• Liaising with customers, suppliers, and management to resolve issues and offer effective solutions
• Providing guidance on equipment and machinery operation
• Collaborating with your team to continuously improve processes
• Overseeing daily workflow and ensuring delegated tasks are completed effectively

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• We’re looking for a motivated leader who brings both technical knowledge and a people-first approach:
• 2+ years of team leadership/management experience in warehousing, supply chain, or related fields
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management
• Strong ERP experience—SAP exposure highly desirable
• Current forklift licence
• Confident using Outlook and Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional organisation and the ability to balance competing priorities
• Results-driven, proactive, and customer-focused mindset
• Enjoys working across diverse teams and cultures

Bonus Points For

• Experience in mining or heavy industrial environments
• Dogging ticket or higher
