📍 Location: Henderson, Perth
🛠️ Travel: Frequent site visits across WA (possibly global)
📅 Schedule: Monday–Friday (regular weekends/public holidays)
✅ Eligibility: Must have full working rights and be based in Western Australia
🔧 What You’ll Be Doing
Deliver hands-on mechanical service and support to Metso customers in the field
Act as the technical bridge between customers, product teams, and sales
Diagnose and evaluate equipment and component failures
Promote OEM spare parts, wear materials, and service solutions
Lead and supervise field service projects on-site
Conduct machine inspections and escalate technical issues as needed
Prepare detailed post-site reports, timesheets, and expense logs
Support quotations with scope, planning, and costing input
Assist with warranty processes and root cause analysis (RCA)
👷 About You
Mechanical trade qualification or equivalent experience (min. 3–6 years)
Background in mining, aggregates, or contract crushing (min. 2 years)
Experience with pumps and crushers (Metso preferred)
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel); MS Project a plus
Valid driver’s license and passport
Physically fit and able to pass medical and drug screenings
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Willingness to travel on short notice and work flexible hours
Installation and commissioning experience highly regarded
