Are you a trade-qualified Mechanical Fitter looking for your next big opportunity? Look no further! We're on the hunt for a dynamic and highly skilled Mechanical Fitter/Service Technician to join our top-performing Crushing/Screening Service team. This role is pivotal in executing and coordinating service activities related to machines, spares, and wears, while delivering exceptional technical services to our customers.

What You'll Do
Technical Liaison: Bridge the gap between customers, product divisions, and sales teams.
Hands-On Service: Deliver expert mechanical service work directly in the field.
Technical Evaluations: Analyze and troubleshoot equipment and machine component failures.
Customer Engagement: Promote our products and services, driving sales of OEM spare parts and wear materials.
Project Supervision: Lead and oversee field service projects on customer sites.
Inspections & Reporting: Conduct thorough machine inspections and prepare detailed post-site reports.
Support & Planning: Assist with quotation work, providing scope of work, planning, and costing information.
Warranty & RCA: Support warranty processes and Root Cause Analysis where needed.
About You:
Qualifications: Mechanical trade qualification or equivalent experience.
Experience: Minimum two years in mining, aggregate, or contract crushing.
Technical Skills: Proficient in maintaining vibrating screens and crushers.
Tech Savvy: Basic computer skills in MS Office (Word and Excel).
Licenses: Current motor vehicle license.
Fitness: Physically fit and able to pass medical and drug tests.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Flexibility: Ability to travel on short notice and work weekends as required.
Specialized Skills: Experience with screen installation, commissioning testing, and using databases and MS Project.
