Introduction to the Role

Strategically manage repair's part demand, inventory flow and backlog, coordinating with global logistics to guarantee timely part availability. This role safeguards operational continuity, minimizes backlog, and enables the Repair Centres to meet service expectations and customer commitments. This role is full time Monday to Friday and reports to the Service Coordination & Estimation Manager.

 

What you will do

  • Analyze Repair Demand Trends and continuously assess historical and forecasted repair volumes to identify demand fluctuations and prioritize parts acquisition planning. ​
  • Initiate Internal Part Requests to Warehouse. Generate timely and accurate internal orders based on repair schedules, ensuring the warehouse is equipped to meet repair center needs.​
  • Coordinate with Global Logistics to expedite parts. Liaise with the Global Logistics organization to monitor shipments, expedite delivery of critical components, and resolve any delays proactively.​
  • Ensure on-time parts availability for repair operations track part availability against repair timelines, flag potential risks, and implement contingency actions to maintain service levels and customer satisfaction.​
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to minimize backlog. Partner with Planning, Procurement, and Repair Operations teams to align priorities, optimize inventory flow, and reduce backlog impact on delivery performance.​
  • Repair service planning and work order management, working closely with the production, quality, parts/logistics teams and external vendors to ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget.​
  • Conduct data analysis, service demand forecasting and budgeting

  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as drawing, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.​
