JOB TITLE: Manager, Service Sales
DEPARTMENT: SSR Minerals
LOCATION: Anywhere in India
JOB STATEMENT: This role is responsible for generating business opportunities of Service Sales including spare parts, service contracts from Mining/Mineral processing plant in the assigned region.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for generating business opportunities in Service Sales for Mining/Mineral processing plants.
- Understanding various processes end to end and demonstrate to the customer about scope of Service sales for Beneficiation/Sinter/Pellet/Grinding/Crushing & Screening units.
- Coordinating with Operations/Proposals/Order Management team for setting up KPI’s & deliverables for each contract and accordingly discuss with customers to conclude the deal.
- Will be doing commercial discussion, price negotiations end to end and closing the deal.
- Will be coordinating with cross functional teams as Proposal, Product Engineering & TSS etc.
- Maintaining and working on opportunity pipeline in Salesforce.
- Maintaining very cordial and technical relationships at middle and higher Management of customers.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Must have bachelor degree (Mechanical Engineering, Mineral Processing Engineering or Mining Engineering)
- Must have 12-15 years of experience in Mining Industry, Beneficiation, Grinding Circuit, Pelletization out of which 4-5 years with relevant experience.
- Should be well versed with Mineral processing knowledge preferably beneficiation and pelletizing
