Introduction

 

We are seeking a Head- Commercial Support & Customer Service to join our SSR Minerals team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing Strategies for meeting business and functional objectives, which involves Proposals, Business analytics & Order Management for SSR Aggregates and SSR Minerals in MEI region. Your role plays a crucial part in the organization, which will contribute to Customer Success program and strategic alignment with the Sales & Business Line. In this position, you will report to Head - SSR Minerals.

 

This position is mainly located in Gurugram.

We work closely with internal // external stakeholders, such as Service sales, Global Logistics, Product Line and business line. What you’ll do

 

  • Responsible for developing and implementing strategies for meeting business and functional objectives.
  • Needs to ensure the alignment with business strategy with long term business plan and if required, needs to discuss the same with Sales/BA/BL.
  • Pricing review for each business line for Service Sales and keeping it abreast as per Market standard.
  • Demand forecasting in close coordination with Sales/TSS Teams.
  • Responsible for New tool development/deployment to enable change management.
  • Ensuring Metso Global processes and SP operating model, governance, roles and responsibilities are in place.
  • Ensuring proposal management for SSR Aggregates & SSR Mining
  • Localisation Drive (of parts)
  • Discussion with GLO and tracking of OTD on MA-level, AAA-Customer level and plan for improvement steps.
  • Salesforce Compliance and key customer data management , Digitalization implementation envisaging AI to be implemented using such data

Who you are

  • Must be a Graduate in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical)
  • 15-20 Years of experience in handling customers, Commercial, proposals and Order Management
  • Excellent Leadership Skills handling multi location team
  • Good Negotiation Skills, Communication, analytical skills and collaborative skills
  • Proven expertise in Customer relationship Management
