- Strong knowledge of Crushing and Screening process, Operations and Maintenance
- Managing & supporting to LCS & FSE team for technical assistance for trouble shooting, rebuilding and repair of any crushing equipment’s
- Assist with customer enquiries and problems pertaining to any Metso supplied equipment
- Provides help and advice to customers using Metso's products or services. Investigate and solve customers' problems, which may be warranty or Non - warranty related issues including complex or long-standing problems.
- Provides technical liaison services between customers, product divisions and sales personnel.
- Training to be provided to customers operation & maintenance team also internal LCS & FSE team
- Promotes the company's products and services to customers with support of company manuals, technical publications and bulletins.
- Close watch in providing Market Intelligence
- Visit to customer site and provide regular field service reports, commissioning reports etc
- Provides hands on mechanical & Electrical troubleshooting service work in the field.
- Carry out technical evaluation and analysis on component and machine failures as required by customers or supervisors.
- Uphold and enforce the company`s Code of Conduct in daily operations and decision making.
- Strong understanding of business ethics and corporate governance
