Introduction
We are looking for a Admin Officer – LCS Sites to support the administration and smooth day-to-day operations across our expanding LCS sites. In this role, you will manage employee administration, accommodation, vehicles, compliance, welfare activities, vendor coordination, and local stakeholder requirements, contributing to safe, efficient, and well-organized site operations.
This role will be based across LCS sites in India, with regular coordination with site teams, employees, vendors, and local stakeholders. The role may require travel between sites based on business requirements.

You will join a team of professionals responsible for supporting site administration, employee services, facilities, compliance, and welfare activities. The team plays an important role in ensuring smooth site operations and creating a safe and supportive working environment for employees.
We collaborate closely with site management, employees, Area Managers, Regional Managers, vendors, service providers, and local authorities. Our ways of working emphasize ownership, responsiveness, compliance, collaboration, and employee well-being.
What you’ll do
- Manage existing guest houses, including day-to-day administration, maintenance coordination, lease renewals, and identification of new accommodation requirements.
- Manage company and site vehicle requirements, including records, maintenance, documentation, and statutory compliance.
- Maintain employee attendance records and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure compliance with applicable statutory requirements, including provident fund and employee insurance obligations.
- Support employee welfare activities, including hospitalization support, safety initiatives, and other employee assistance requirements.
- Coordinate training programs with Area Managers and Regional Managers, including travel, accommodation, and hotel arrangements.
- Facilitate employee transfers and coordinate with local vendors and service providers to ensure smooth transitions.
- Address local administrative and community-related issues by coordinating with relevant authorities and stakeholders.
- Maintain effective relationships with local stakeholders and monitor relevant social and regulatory developments that may impact site operations.
What you’ll bring
- 4–7 years of experience in administration, site administration, facilities management, employee services, or a related function.
- Experience managing guest houses, vehicles, vendors, and employee facilities across multiple locations.
- Good understanding of employee attendance, statutory compliance, and administrative processes.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with site teams and external vendors.
- Ability to handle employee welfare requirements and resolve administrative issues in a timely manner.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
- Willingness to travel across LCS sites based on business requirements.
- Experience working in industrial, mining, construction, engineering, or similar site-based environments will be a nice to have.
