As a Trainee, Procurement Analytics, you will:
- Monitor spend and KPI trends to proactively drive corrective actions
- Ensure procurement data integrity and resolve data quality issues in related systems and tools (SAP, Sievo)
- Develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Sievo)
- Support in analytical work and contribute to automating team regular deliverables (e.g., automating PowerPoint deliverable to Power BI)
- Support in driving forward team communication strategy
Who you are:
- Ongoing studies in fields such as Procurement/Sourcing, Industrial Management, Data Analytics, or Information Systems Management
- Structured and systematic way of working
- Good skills in MS Office tools, especially in Excel and Power BI
- Ability to take ownership of the assigned tasks and projects and drive them proactively
- A customer-focused and innovative mindset, as well as problem-solving skills
- Full working proficiency in English

This is a 6-month fixed-term, part-time role, with an expected start date at the beginning of December. The expected hourly wage for our part-time trainee roles is between 14 and 18 euros, and the exact hourly wage for each role is based on the candidate's number of completed academic credits.
Our Trainee positions are primarily targeted at students currently studying at, or recently graduated from, an educational institution in Finland, as well as Finnish students pursuing their studies abroad. Please note that we are unable to provide work permits or relocation services.
