Trainee, People Operations Development

As a Summer Trainee –  People Operations Development in the Group HR team, you will:​   

• Support with the recruitment module in SAP SuccessFactors by testing new features and demonstrating functionalities to key stakeholders. 

• Support global recruitment activities from a system perspective, ensuring smooth processes and accurate data. 

• Assist in maintaining the performance module in SAP SuccessFactors by managing and updating data. 

• Provide system support to our regional HR colleagues on performance related topics. 

• Get to participate in other projects based on your own interests. 

Who you are 

• Currently pursuing a higher degree in Human Resources, People Management, or a related field.

• Interested in the IT field and systems.  

• Familiar with HR systems (such as SAP SuccessFactors) and Microsoft Excel. 

• Service-oriented and able to work proactively, systematically and independently. 

• Energized by new challenges and opportunities to do problem solving. 

• Fluent in written and spoken skills in English.

The expected monthly salary for our full-time trainee roles is between 2130-2970 euros per month. The exact monthly salary for each role is based on the candidate's number of completed academic credits and job location. 

Our Summer Trainee positions are primarily targeted at students currently studying at, or recently graduated from, an educational institution in Finland, as well as Finnish students pursuing their studies abroad. Please note that we are unable to provide work permits or relocation services for these positions.
