We are looking for two Trainees to join our Global Pricing and Analytics team supporting aftermarket pricing across multiple Metso business areas. You will be part of a global team, with diverse backgrounds and skill sets.

The preferred location will be Espoo or Tampere.

Time: entire year to start as soon as possible in 2026, as part-time with preferably two days per week during spring and autumn, and full-time in the summer.

The Global Pricing and Analytics team drives pricing excellence by

• Administering and communicating prices and controlling price usage.
• Providing information and analytics related to sales, prices, and customers.
• Leading and facilitating pricing discussions between Product lines and Market areas. 

As a Trainee – Global Pricing and Analytics, you will

• Assist in global list price management and pricing data administration in SAP and pricing system.
• Take part in updating monthly reports.
• Assist in deploying new pricing software.
• Support product lines with analyses.
• Contribute to the development of global pricing processes, tools, and reporting.
• Contribute to topical projects.

You are / have

• Advanced in your higher degree studies in for example business, industrial engineering, finance or similar.
• Previous experience from B2B environments; pricing experience is considered an advantage.
• Strong Excel skills and curiosity to explore other tools and applications.
• Good communication skills in English.
• An analytical and proactive mindset.
• An ability to work as part of a team, while also working independently on certain tasks.
• Eagerness to learn more, develop, and succeed in the role.
• Skills in SAP, VBA, Python, or Power BI are a benefit, but not a prerequisite.

The expected monthly salary for our trainee roles is between 2065-2875 euros per month when full-time, based on the candidate's number of completed academic credits and job location.

These trainee positions are primarily targeted at students currently studying at, or recently graduated from, an educational institution in Finland. Please note that we are unable to provide work permits or relocation services for these positions.
