As a Summer Trainee – Structural Analysis, Separation Business Line Delivery, Espoo, you will:​ 

• Focus on flotation, thickeners/clarifiers, or sampling equipment delivery projects.
• Work as a structural analysis team member focused on strength analysis for equipment delivery projects. Our responsibility is to verify the strength of standard products tailored to customer requirements.
• Generate and analyze FE-models and write strength calculation reports.
• Apply analytical strength calculation templates to generate foundation loads for equipment, including wind and seismic loads.

Who you are

• A higher degree study background in mechanical engineering, focused on strength analysis.
• Basic FE-analysis and analytical strength calculation skills are required. Experience in Ansys Workbench and MathCAD are advantages.
• A positive and spontaneous can-do mindset and a proactive approach to work
• Positive attitude and great work ethic
• Eagerness to learn more, develop, and succeed in the role.
• An ability to work as part of a team while working independently on certain tasks.

The expected monthly salary for our full-time trainee roles is between 2130-2970 euros per month. The exact monthly salary for each role is based on the candidate's number of completed academic credits and job location.

Our Summer Trainee positions are primarily targeted at students currently studying at, or recently graduated from, an educational institution in Finland, as well as Finnish students pursuing their studies abroad. Please note that we are unable to provide work permits or relocation services for these positions.
