Join Metso and shape the future of sustainable mineral processing! We are looking for a motivated Summer Trainee to support our Repairs Product Group within the Product Management team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a global industrial company and learn how product management drives business success.
As a Summer Trainee – Repair Products, you will:
- Assist in product lifecycle management activities for the Repairs portfolio.
- Support data analysis and reporting to identify trends and opportunities.
- Help prepare product documentation, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Participate in competitive benchmarking and market research.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Engineering, Operations) to ensure alignment on product strategies.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Repairs business.
Who you are
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with data visualization tools.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Interest in product management, industrial services, and sustainability.

The expected monthly salary for our full-time trainee roles is between 2130-2970 euros per month. The exact monthly salary for each role is based on the candidate's number of completed academic credits and job location.
Our Summer Trainee positions are primarily targeted at students currently studying at, or recently graduated from, an educational institution in Finland, as well as Finnish students pursuing their studies abroad. Please note that we are unable to provide work permits or relocation services for these positions.
