As a Summer Trainee – Project Logistics, you will:

• Prepare shipping and customs documentation for international movements.
• Work with vendors and carriers to boost service levels and efficiency.
• Track shipments and update internal systems (SAP/TM/SMM).
• Help coordinate last-mile deliveries and manage exceptions.
• Ensure systems remain accurate, updated, and audit-ready.
• Bring curiosity, energy, and a drive to grow in the logistics space.

Who you are

• Currently studying toward a degree in Business, Logistics, or related field.
• A sharp eye for detail and strong organizational skills.
• Good understanding of international trade concepts.
• Solid Excel skills and willingness to learn new systems like SAP/TM/SMM.
• Confident communication skills for working with vendors and teammates.
• Ability to stay cool under pressure and juggle multiple priorities.

The expected monthly salary for our full-time trainee roles is between 2130-2970 euros per month. The exact monthly salary for each role is based on the candidate's number of completed academic credits and job location.

Our Summer Trainee positions are primarily targeted at students currently studying at, or recently graduated from, an educational institution in Finland, as well as Finnish students pursuing their studies abroad. Please note that we are unable to provide work permits or relocation services for these positions.
