As a Summer Trainee in KPI and Analytics, based in Espoo, you will: 

• Retrieve, validate and model data from our source systems according to the business requirements
• Build compelling stories through data and build robust reporting tools to guide the business on the data driven decision making
• Produce and visualize data insights with analytics & BI tools
• Prepare technical documentation on technical field specifications and closely monitor system updates

Who you are

• Preferably working towards a higher degree in data, analytics, international business, mathematics, computer science, or statistics
• Understandings of various analytics & BI tools, such as SQL Server, Power BI, DAX, SQL, and Microsoft Power Platform
• Experience of statistics, business operational processes, data visualisation and storytelling with reports (you don’t need to hit everything, but you have passion to develop here)
• Ability to solve complex problems related to data, as well as great analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

The expected monthly salary for our full-time trainee roles is between 2065-2875 euros per month. The exact monthly salary for each role is based on the candidate's number of completed academic credits and job location

Our Summer Trainee positions are primarily targeted at students currently studying at, or recently graduated from, an educational institution in Finland, as well as Finnish students pursuing their studies abroad. Please note that we are unable to provide work permits or relocation services for these positions.
