As a Summer Trainee – KPI and Analytics Developer, you will:

• Retrieve, validate, and model data from source systems according to business requirements.
• Build compelling stories through data and create robust reporting tools to guide data-driven decision-making.
• Produce and visualize data insights using analytics and BI tools.
• Prepare technical documentation on field specifications and monitor system updates.

Who you are

• A higher degree study background in fields such as data analytics, international business, mathematics, computer science, or statistics.
• Proficient in analytics & BI tools such as SQL Server, Power BI, DAX, SQL, and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Experience in statistics, business operational processes, data visualization, and storytelling with reports (or passion to develop in these areas).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to solve complex data-related challenges.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

The expected monthly salary for our full-time trainee roles is between 2130-2970 euros per month. The exact monthly salary for each role is based on the candidate's number of completed academic credits and job location.

Our Summer Trainee positions are primarily targeted at students currently studying at, or recently graduated from, an educational institution in Finland, as well as Finnish students pursuing their studies abroad. Please note that we are unable to provide work permits or relocation services for these positions.
