Introduction

As a Summer Trainee, Delivery Management (Beneficiation and Dewatering), you will:​ 

• Ensure that deliveries are carried out efficiently in line with agreed schedules, quality and cost
• Oversee, coordinate, monitor and communicate on the sales cases with stakeholders throughout all stages and milestones
• Collaborate actively with stakeholders and internal customers
• Analyze customer orders, set delivery priorities, and make schedule adjustments
• Manage and mitigate risks and analyzing delivery issues

Who you are

• A higher degree study background in a commercial or technical field
• A positive can-do mindset and a proactive approach to work 
• A customer-focused and innovative mindset with good problem-solving skills 
• Ability to combine technical and business thinking
• Knowledge of SAP and/or Salesforce is considered an advantage
• Full professional working proficiency in English

The expected monthly salary for our full-time trainee roles is between 2130-2970 euros per month. The exact monthly salary for each role is based on the candidate's number of completed academic credits and job location.

Our Summer Trainee positions are primarily targeted at students currently studying at, or recently graduated from, an educational institution in Finland, as well as Finnish students pursuing their studies abroad. Please note that we are unable to provide work permits or relocation services for these positions.
