Introduction 

As a Summer Trainee, Data Analyst, Performance Center Finland, you will:​   

• Be a member of the Performance Center Finland team
• Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources
• Assist in creating reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support condition and performance monitoring of process equipment (crushers, screens, grinding mills, pumps, flotation cells, analyzers and filters).
• Collaborate with team members to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Develop an analysis pipeline and tools to automate the workflow

Who you are 

• A higher degree study background in for example Process Metallurgy, Data Science or Mathematics.
• A positive and spontaneous can-do mindset with innovative problem-solving skills 
• Eagerness to learn more, develop, and succeed in the role.​ 
• An ability to work as part of a team, while also working independently on certain tasks. 
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Basic knowledge of databases and/or Python is a plus.  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

The expected monthly salary for our full-time trainee roles is between 2130-2970 euros per month. The exact monthly salary for each role is based on the candidate's number of completed academic credits and job location.
