Introduction
We are now looking for an experienced Senior Manager, M&A to join Metso’s Group Mergers & Acquisitions team. Your main location will be in Espoo.
What you’ll do
- Leading various sizes of M&A projects from analysis to execution
- Strategic, financial and valuation analysis
- Continuous cooperation with business leaders and functional experts
- Support in structuring and negotiation of M&A transactions
Who you are
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 5-10 years of relevant experience from e.g. investment banking, management consulting, transaction services or corporate development/M&A in global context
- Strong experience of M&A processes and leading M&A projects
- Solid understanding and experience of financials and financial analysis tools and valuation methods
- Excellent quantitative and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven project management skills
- Initiative and strive for high quality
- Ability to work in a matrix with global teams and with tight deadlines
- Fluency in English
