Introduction

We are now looking for an experienced Senior Manager, M&A to join Metso’s Group Mergers & Acquisitions team. Your main location will be in Espoo.

What you’ll do

• Leading various sizes of M&A projects from analysis to execution
• Strategic, financial and valuation analysis
• Continuous cooperation with business leaders and functional experts
• Support in structuring and negotiation of M&A transactions

Who you are

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• 5-10 years of relevant experience from e.g. investment banking, management consulting, transaction services or corporate development/M&A in global context
• Strong experience of M&A processes and leading M&A projects
• Solid understanding and experience of financials and financial analysis tools and valuation methods
• Excellent quantitative and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven project management skills
• Initiative and strive for high quality
• Ability to work in a matrix with global teams and with tight deadlines
• Fluency in English
