Introduction
We are seeking a Senior HR Specialist to join our Employee Administration and Reporting team.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing advanced Key User support and troubleshooting to our HR colleagues in Europe and Central Asia addressing their questions related to the HR systems and processes.
This position is located in Espoo or Tampere in Finland, but we are happy to offer flexible working arrangements, including hybrid options.
Team you belong to
You will join a team of five experienced HR professionals dedicated to working together and supporting each other to reach our full potential. The members in our team are located in Espoo, Tampere, Malmö and Düsseldorf. We also work closely with our local and global HR colleagues.
What you’ll do
- Provide support and troubleshooting to our over 70 HR colleagues in Europe and Central Asia addressing their questions related to the HR systems and processes
- Follow and ensure the employee-related data quality and integrity: awareness and data reconciliations
- Contribute to HR system development and projects to improve efficiency and user experience
- Participate in testing of system changes and process enhancements
- Deliver training and share information to our HR colleagues
- Handle agreed tasks related to HR processes
- Run reports, create analyses and prepare presentations
Who you are
- This role requires a deep understanding of HR processes, systems, and data management, so you should have strong work experience in HR systems. SuccessFactors knowledge is a definite advantage.
- While experience in HR systems is key, we especially value those who are curious and motivated to continuously expand their system expertise.
- We appreciate proven administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
- You are comfortable with HR reporting and analytics and have advanced Excel skills. Knowledge of Power BI is an advantage.
- You are service-oriented and able to work proactively and systematically.
- You enjoy working in a team but are also capable of working independently..
- We value good presentation and communication skills, hands-on attitude and wish that you are energized by new challenges and the opportunities to problem solve.
- We expect you to communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken. The ability to communicate in Finnish is an asset, as we support many Finnish stakeholders.
