We are seeking a Salesforce Developer to join our Aggregates digital business channel team. You will be responsible for software development based on the Salesforce technology. Your role plays a crucial part in developing our digital channel, eCommerce & CPQ solutions, which will contribute to customer experience and business growth. In this position, you will report to Bhabani Lenka, Digital Channel Product Owner.
This position is mainly located in Tampere or Espoo, but we are happy to offer flexible working arrangements within Finland, including hybrid options.
Team you belong to
You will join a multitalented team of product owners, architects, developers and designers dedicated to build the best digital customer experience in the Aggregates industry. To ensure this, we are currently working on a digital channel for the end users, distributors with eCommerce & CPQ features.
We work closely with internal and external stakeholders, such as business owners in Metso, distributors, and end users in the Aggregates industry. Our team culture is all about looking for ways to improve product and team performance in a measurable way and supporting team members, colleagues, and customers over individual performance. The members in our team are in Tampere and Espoo.
What you’ll do
- Develop Aggregates digital channel, eCommerce & CPQ solutions based on the Salesforce technology.
- Ensure smooth deployment from development to the platform and operations team by following the common guidelines.
- Participate in service design and creating customer journeys as a technology expert.
- As a team member, we continuously improve our way of working based on the values and principles of agile and lean software development.
Who you are
- Software developer with a minimum of 5 years of experience working with JavaScript, Lightning Web Components, Apex, and APIs
- Earlier experience with the Mulesoft, SAP, Azure API, Solid, and low-code solutions like flows, flow orchestrator (e.g., Omnistudio), and how to leverage them is seen as an advantage.
- Proven record of developing customer experience and eCommerce solutions.
- Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Revenue Cloud/CPQ, and Experience Cloud is a plus.
- Understanding of software and multi-tenant architectures and design patterns.
- Platform Developer 1 and 2 Certifications are seen as an asset
- Self-organized and capable of working autonomously.
- Communicative and collaborative enough
