Introduction

 

We are looking for a Reporting Manager, Global Logistics Operations Reporting & Analytics to join our reporting development team in Finland!

 

In this position you get to work next to the customer interface by helping operations gain valuable insights and make better decisions through the usage of data. Your work will help make data into information that helps Metso serve its customers faster, better and with improved quality. You will report to Director, Logistics Excellence. 

 

We offer you an interesting and challenging position in Global Logistics Operations. You will get a chance to work with professionals of the Global Logistics Operations Reporting and Analytics team, of Metso Aftermarket Business Areas. You will have good opportunities to further develop your expertise by learning how to manipulate enterprise data warehouse systems and creating business insights from transactional data that benefit operational departments to understand customer behavior.

 

The location for this position is either Espoo or Tampere, and we are happy to offer flexible working arrangements, including hybrid options.

 

As Reporting Manager, you will work with some of the following tasks:

 

  • Report development & maintenance
  • Key performance indicator definition and development
  • Data modeling
  • Data security
  • Data on demand ​
  • Requirements collection
  • Stakeholder engagement

What we look for

 

  • A higher degree study background in for example data automation, business logic, IT, customer experience (CX) or customer data management
  • Eagerness to learn more, develop and succeed
  • An ability to develop a work plan independently, and work with a team
  • Good skills in MS Office tools, especially in Power BI, Power Query, SQL
  • Ability to take ownership of the assigned tasks and projects and drive them proactively
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English
