About the role

The Head of Regional Quality, Consumables leads the regional Consumables Quality function with full accountability for consistent deployment of quality strategy, processes, standards, and QA/QC technologies.
This role ensures regulatory compliance, drives continuous improvement, resolves quality issues efficiently, and strengthens customer value through data-driven quality performance management across manufacturing, supply chain, and service operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the regional Consumables Quality organization across manufacturing, supply chain, and service operations.
  • Ensure products, processes, and services meet company quality standards, customer expectations, and regulatory requirements.
  • Deploy and implement quality strategy, standards, methods, and QA/QC technologies in line with CNS Quality direction.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and manage quality deviations, non-conformities, and risk mitigation activities.
  • Lead customer complaint management, including root cause analysis and effective CAPA implementation.
  • Establish and maintain robust quality reporting, analytics, and governance using quality systems and tools (e.g. SAP Q-Module).
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and across regions to share best practices, standardize ways of working, and build quality capability.
  • Act as a key stakeholder in regional and global audits, projects, and quality-related initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience in Quality within manufacturing, industrial, or supply chain environments.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems, regulatory frameworks, CAPA, and root cause analysis methodologies.
  • Experience deploying quality strategies and leading continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, or similar).
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across functions and cultures in a regional or global matrix organization.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 40% within the region.

Salary: 6500-7000 eur/month
