Introduction

We are seeking a Product Manager for Flotation, Thickening and Automation Product Group in Services Business Area to join our Analyzer Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for spares, upgrades and LCS (Life Cycle Services) service products for Metso PSI analyzers, Courier 8X analyzer and Sampling equipment. In this position, you will report to Senior Product Manager, Automation.

The preferred location for this position is Espoo (Finland), but we are happy to offer flexible working arrangements, including hybrid options. Please note that the position requires occasional international travel.

Team you’ll belong to

You will join a team of professionals dedicated to supporting our customers with services throughout the entire lifecycle of the equipment. We work in tight cooperation with the Automation PG, our colleagues in Beneficiation and Dewatering BL, Market Areas and other stakeholders. Our team culture is all about creating value and doing continuous improvement. The members in our team are located in Espoo, Finland. 

What you do

• Own Metso PSI analyzers, Courier 8X analyzer and Sampling equipment spares, upgrades and LCS (Life Cycle Services) service products
• Lead the definition of product strategy for own products, utilizing insight and analysis. Incl. development and lifecycle roadmap and investment plans
• Lead actions for own service products growth and profitability
• Lead product data and documentation development to support services business needs
• Ensure own service products delivery and supply chain capabilities
• Define attractive & quantified value propositions for the range of offerings with appropriate product marketing activities
• Define competitive product pricing, balanced assortment and availability in line with targeted services levels for own products
• Ensure that customer voice and product knowledge is distributed to relevant parties by training and information sharing
• Provide product advisory to sales support, sales and customers.
• Contribute on new Capex product developments to ensure a successful market introduction and growth of installed base.

Who you are

• You have a Master´s or Bachelor´s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or similar
• You have previous knowledge in Metso analyzers and sampling products or similar
• You have previous experience in the Service business and product management
• You are flexible and able to take on different tasks, lead problem-solving and manage change
• You have strong teamwork skills and the ability to work independently and proactively with a service-oriented mindset
• You have fluent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
