Introduction
We are seeking a Process Owner, Contracts to join our Global Processes team in Process and Data Management (PDM) function. You will be responsible for leading the development of the end-to-end Life Cycle Services process and related tools. Your role plays a crucial part in enabling operational efficiency and achieving seamless integration across business functions in LCS projects.
In this position, you will report to the Director of Global Processes, and the position is preferably located in Europe or Canada.
Team you belong to
You will join a team of process owners who own key end-to-end processes for the Aftermarket (Consumables & Services). The team is responsible for the Aftermarket process development portfolio and driving development in collaboration with other process development teams within Aftermarket.
We work closely with Aftermarket Business Lines, market areas, other process development teams and IT.
What you’ll do
- Lead the continuous improvement of the end-to-end Life Cycle Management process ensuring alignment with business goals
- Manage the active process development portfolio and drive improvement initiatives
- Actively collaborate with process owner community, deployment and compliance team and stakeholders to gather business needs, align development initiatives and priorities, and ensure effective process development execution and deployment across the end-to-end process
- Gather and align system requirements and development initiatives and coordinate system development in cooperation with the sub-process owners and IT organization
- Ensure availability of business rules, process KPIs, process description, guidelines, instructions and training material
- Monitor and drive compliance to global operating model and processes
- Actively support customer experience development
Who you are
- Strong knowledge of life cycle services business, operating models, and associated cross-functional supply chains and functions
- Good understanding of how data influences customer satisfaction and business profitability, with the ability to identify and prioritize factors that deliver the greatest impact
- Demonstrated track record in leading operational or process development initiatives, successfully executing development projects, and driving change implementation
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively and align teams toward common objectives
- Skilled at navigating complex situations with multiple stakeholders and competing demands, ensuring constructive outcomes under pressure
- Solid SAP knowledge; proficiency in SAP PS and SD modules is considered a strong asset
