We are seeking a Process Engineer for the Gold Product Group in the Hydrometallurgy Business Line.
The key responsibilities of the team are to develop, sell, and deliver our gold process solutions and technologies, including pressure oxidation, BIOX, cyanide leaching, and gold recovery processes, and to contribute to the development of new process solutions.
This role is based in Espoo, Finland.

What you’ll do
- Be a member of the Gold Product Group expert team, supporting our global business
- Perform metallurgical test work as part of research and development programs
- Process design, detailed engineering & commissioning of new gold processing plants
- Support/lead process and technology development projects as part of our Research & Development
- Support our marketing activities
- Support solution sales and services in the tender preparation phase and participate in the sales negotiations
- Support/lead studies and implementation projects in process engineering and commissioning
- Internal and external technology training
- Maintain good relationships with the customers and other internal and external stakeholders
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's or Master´s Degree in Mineral Processing, Metallurgical, or Chemical Engineering
- Relevant work experience
- Understanding of engineering tools: Acad, Aveva, MicroStation
- Project-oriented working methods
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
- Capability to work independently and proactively
- Good co-operation skills
- Ability to communicate in English
- Ability to travel occasionally to customer sites
