We are looking for a Manager, Reporting and Analytics to join our Minerals Business Area Performance Solutions organization.
In this role, you will lead and develop project delivery reporting and analytics capabilities across the Minerals Business Area, ensuring decision-makers have access to accurate,meaningful, and actionable insights. You will play a key role in advancing our reporting practices, driving data quality and governance, and enabling a data-driven culture thatsupports performance excellence and business transformation.

You will join the Project Excellence team within Minerals BA Performance Solutions. In this global role, you will collaborate closely with project controlling teams, projectmanagement professionals, business and delivery leaders, market areas, and cross-functional stakeholders across Metso. Our team values collaboration, continuous improvement,innovation, and knowledge sharing. We work together to develop modern ways of utilizing data and insights to improve project performance and business outcomes.
What you'll do
- Own and lead project delivery reporting and analytics for the Minerals Business Area, ensuring availability of accurate and actionable management information.
- Coordinate periodic reporting processes covering financial performance, project portfolio performance, workload management, and delivery performance.
- Drive the development of reporting tools and modern data visualization capabilities.
- Identify and implement continuous improvements in reporting quality, data governance, performance measurement, and analytics processes.
- Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into effective reporting and analytics solutions.
- Communicate key business insights, performance trends, risks, and improvement opportunities to management and relevant stakeholders.
- Develop reporting standards, user documentation, and training materials to support adoption and utilization of reporting solutions.
- Foster a data-driven culture through guidance, training, and support for reporting users across the organization.
- Collaborate across business areas and functions to harmonize reporting practices, increase transparency, and support business transformation initiatives.
What you'll bring
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial controlling, reporting, analytics, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting and project-based business operations.
- Experience developing reporting solutions, analytical tools, and business processes.
- Understanding of the project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
- Ability to effectively collaborate in a multicultural and geographically dispersed organization.
- An analytical, proactive, and results-oriented approach to work.
- Strong planning, organizational, and continuous improvement capabilities.
- Fluency in English.
