We are now looking for a business & development-minded Head of Group Business Control to join Metso’s Group Finance team of 18 finance professionals. Your main responsibilities are to lead Metso Group’s internal reporting, planning, and performance management processes. You will also lead, participate and support related development initiatives. 

 

This position is mainly located in Espoo, Finland, and we are happy to offer flexible working arrangements, including hybrid options.

 


What you'll do

 

You will lead further development of our internal reporting, planning and performance management process and practices utilizing our new EPM platform (OneStream) and other relevant supporting tools. You work in close interaction with key stakeholders in finance and business organizations.

 


Who you are

 

  • Experienced in internal reporting and planning in a global business environment
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in business analysis, controlling, performance management, or a similar position
  • You are native with the required IT systems and pick up new tools easily
  • Experience and knowledge of different reporting systems (such as OneStream, PBI, SAP BW/BI, SAP AfO, and SAP ERP) is seen as positive
  • Business acumen and proven analytical skills to ensure linkage between business and finance
  • You are structured and analytical with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Service mindset is key to succeed in the position
  • Experience from the team leader role
  • You are also capable of working under time pressure and constant change
