Introduction
We are seeking a Head of Business Development to join our Crusher Wears Business Line team. In this role, you will be responsible for business development and strategy execution, working closely with the CWB BL management team, business development community, other crushing and screening-related business lines, and market area organizations.
You will report to Joni Meronen, SVP, Crusher Wears and can be located in Tampere or Espoo.

You will join a team of crusher wears experts dedicated to creating value for our customers and ensuring the success of the Crusher Wears Business Line in collaboration with market areas and other stakeholders.

What you’ll do
- Lead the annual strategy and planning process and drive execution for the CWB BL in line with corporate processes
- Lead and support M&A lifecycle activities for CWB BL together with the BL leadership and other stakeholders
- Drive business development initiatives and projects linked to business growth
- Assess market trends, competitors, operations, and business line performance, identifying opportunities and risks
- Prepare and present insights, forecasts, and actionable recommendations to senior leadership
- Lead and contribute to BL performance KPI and operational analytics development and reporting together with the finance business partner
- Create business cases and development plans with business leaders and functional experts
Who you are
- Experience in versatile strategy work and planning, with the ability to create and execute a clear long-term growth strategy aligned with company goals
- An analytical mindset combined with strong project management and leadership skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders and build a wide network
- A mindset focused on driving results, growth, and continuous improvement
- Previous experience in management consulting, business development, or strategic planning is seen as advantage
