What’ll you do
Configuration: Configure SAP standard solutions for indirect taxes as well as various third-party indirect tax solutions within SAP S/4 HANA, with primary focus on third-party solutions. Act as a translator between business and IT to help to define the needed solution.

Testing & Production Support: Execute system testing, document defects for developers, deliver system training, and provide comprehensive support to key users during their testing activities.
Issue Resolution & Change Management: Manage backlog tickets pertaining to incidents, issues, and change requests; work collaboratively with application lifecycle service teams to prioritize and resolve matters across SAP domains. Act as SME to application lifecycle support teams.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of system configurations, develop user manuals, and prepare clear, thorough functional specifications.
