Introduction
We are seeking a (Senior) Business Analyst to join our Consumables Business Area Finance team. You will be responsible for developing reports and designing data-driven solutions that support strategic decision-making across the organization. Your role plays a crucial part in enabling data transparency and operational efficiency, which will contribute to smarter business outcomes. In this position, you will report to the Manager, Business Analysis & Development.
This position is mainly located in Espoo, but we are happy to offer flexible working arrangements, including hybrid options.
Team you belong to
You will join a team of finance professionals and analysts who are passionate about turning data into actionable insights. We are currently developing advanced reporting tools and streamlining data flows to support various business lines.
We work closely with internal stakeholders such as the supply chain. Our team culture is all about collaboration, continuous learning, and delivering value through data. The members in our team are located in Finland and other global locations.
What you’ll do
- Develop reports tailored to the needs of various departments.
- Design data-driven solutions for business stakeholders.
- Write scripts for ETL processes (Extract, Transform, Load).
- Coordinate and align development requirements across teams, ensuring formalization of needs and priorities.
- Collaborate closely with report stakeholders to enhance the quality and relevance of data insights through continuous consultation and feedback.
- Perform ad-hoc data analyses to support the management team.
Who you are
- 3–5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Higher degree in Business, Supply Chain, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong business acumen and proficiency in Power BI development.
- Good knowledge of SQL and understanding of ETL processes and tools (experience with Fabric is a plus).
- Knowledge and interest in manufacturing and finance data (prior experience would be highly valued).
- Familiarity with the Azure environment is a bonus.
- Knowledge of Python is an advantage.
