We are currently seeking a proactive and organised Office Administrator to join our Brisbane team on a part-time basis of around 12 hours per week. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our office environment while delivering exceptional support to employees, visitors, suppliers and external stakeholders. 

 

What you'll do

As our Office Administrator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Collecting, sorting and distributing incoming physical mail.
  • Packaging, labelling, dispatching and tracking courier parcels and deliveries.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for courier companies and delivery service providers.
  • Monitoring office supply levels and coordinating the purchase of stationery, desk supplies and pantry items.
  • Maintaining uniform records and coordinating replenishment orders.
  • Coordinating catering requirements for internal meetings, training sessions, leadership visits and special events, including dietary requirements and room set-up arrangements.
  • Coordinating with cleaning, maintenance and security providers to ensure the office, boardrooms and common areas remain professional, organised and secure.
  • Providing general administrative support and completing ad hoc duties as required. 

 

About you

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience in an administration, reception or office support position.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A professional and customer-focused approach.
  • Sound Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
  • The ability to work independently while supporting a busy team environment.
