We’re looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Generalist to join our team in Eastern Australia.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys building strong teams, and is passionate about partnering with the business to deliver meaningful HR outcomes.
You’ll support a diverse workforce, including front line teams, and play a key role in fostering a safe, inclusive, and high-performing culture across our service and operational sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders and teams to support workforce planning, talent development, and employee engagement.
- Provide guidance and support on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth and inclusive candidate experience.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in all HR practices.
- Collaborate with site leaders to drive employee wellbeing, safety, and compliance.
- Support learning and development initiatives tailored to operational and service environments.
- Maintain accurate HR data and contribute to reporting and insights.
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees, ensuring fair and consistent HR support.
What You’ll Bring

- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience in HR generalist or business partnering roles, ideally in industrial or service-based environments.
- Strong understanding of employee relations and Australian employment legislation.
- Proven ability to build trust and influence across all levels of the organisation.
- Experience supporting frontline teams and understanding their unique needs.
- A collaborative mindset and a passion for building inclusive workplaces.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
