Introduction

We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our Brisbane team.
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of customer operations, supporting projects, processing orders, and ensuring seamless service delivery. This is an exciting opportunity to build a long-term career in the mining technology industry while developing in-demand skills in systems, operations, and customer engagement.

 

Team You Belong To

You’ll join a team of 12 Customer Service professionals passionate about delivering great outcomes together. Working closely with Site Account Managers, Sales, Service, Logistics, and Operations, you’ll play an essential role in keeping customer projects on track. You’ll also have the chance to learn from experienced colleagues who are committed to supporting your success.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Partner closely with Site Account Managers to support customer projects with upcoming major site activities.
  • Provide quotations, process sales orders, and manage service requests with accuracy.
  • Work hands-on with SAP, Salesforce, and other key business systems.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across sales, service, logistics, and operations to keep projects on track.
  • Be part of a 12-person Customer Service team passionate about delivering great outcomes together.
  • Learn from experienced colleagues and be set up for long-term success.

 

Who You Are
Ideally you will have 1–3 years’ experience in customer service, administration, or operations.

You’re likely:

  • From industries such as automotive, aviation, electrical construction, medical manufacturing, logistics, or simply curious about mining technology.
  • Comfortable with IT systems and software, organised, and detail-focused.
  • A strong communicator who enjoys working with people and solving problems.
  • Motivated to grow with a company that invests in its people.
