Introduction
We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for all aspects of Quotation and Order Management, the position for the east coast.
This position can be located from our Brisbane or Sydney (Frenchs Forest) office. In this position, you will report to the Manager Customer Service, Australia East.
Team you belong to
You will join a team of Customer Service experts, who are passionate about providing the best service possible. We work closely with our colleagues and our internal stakeholders, including Operational Purchasing, Tactical Sourcing, Logistics and Warehouse Managers. The members in our team are located across the East Coast.
What you’ll do
• Manage Customer support for top tier ‘AAA’ customers
• Responsible for Quote and Order Management for the entire Quotation and Order life cycle
• Backlog Management - Utilise Power BI to review backlog and ensure orders are moving (availability checks, Order blocks, purchase orders)
• Expediting as required to ensure customer need by dates and on time delivery is met
• Review monthly customer delivery orders, and lead customer feedback meetings together with the Sales Account Manager(s)
• Coordinate weekly meetings with Site Account stakeholders to discuss open orders, customer events and plan for upcoming shuts
• Manage cases from the Salesforce Workflow Tool, in accordance with Customer Service KPI’s
• Manual invoicing of drop shipments and Milestone Billing Contracts
• Engage and collaborate with various Global Teams within the Supply Chain to ensure operational success
• Review and follow up open quotations with clients
• Actively participate in weekly Quote and Order Management meetings

Who you are
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Proven to have outstanding communication with a ‘Customer First’ approach
• SAP experience essential
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word
• Demonstrated time management and prioritizing skills
• Able to collaborate with external and internal stakeholders, at all business levels
• Customer handling skills, and a strong customer satisfaction focus
• High level data accuracy with ERP / CRM system (Salesforce)
• Detailed understanding of the Quotation and Order fulfillment process
• High level of understanding of relevant technologies to accurately identify customer parts, using serial model codes, drawing numbers etc.
