Introduction
We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist (m/f/d) for the Benelux region to strengthen our Sales & Service organization. The role focuses on providing high-quality commercial and customer service support to local sales teams and customers, with a strong emphasis on spare and wear parts as well as selected capital-related activities for dewatering, hydrometallurgy, pumps, and cyclones. Office location is Düsseldorf.
What you’ll do
- Support profitable business growth by delivering reliable and timely commercial customer service for assigned customers and territories.
- Build and maintain strong remote relationships with customer contacts at site level, acting as a trusted point of contact.
- Manage customer inquiries, quotations, order entry, invoicing, and follow-up activities end-to-end using SAP and CRM systems.
- Handle technical and commercial inquiries and complaints in close coordination with sales, service, and factory interfaces.
- Plan and commercially process service orders, coordinating with service technicians and internal stakeholders.
- Support accounts receivable activities, including payment follow-up in line with internal policies.
- Orchestrate customer satisfaction surveys, manage closed-loop feedback processes, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date CRM and order-related data to enable transparency, reporting quality, and process efficiency.
Who you are
- Commercial, administrative, or technical education, or equivalent professional experience in customer service or order management.
- Experience in customer service, sales support, or order processing within an industrial or technical environment.
- Strong customer orientation with a structured and detail-focused working style.
- Ability to manage multiple interfaces and priorities in a process-driven environment.
- Clear and professional communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong experience in CRM systems
- Fluency in English and Dutch. French is considered an advantage.
