Introduction 

 

We are seeking a highly skilled Specialist, Recycling Order Management, to support the management of recycling orders for the circularity business in Mill Lining in the region.

 

What you’ll do

 

  • Collaboration with the Market Area Recycling Manager to understand business requirements in their region
  • Collaboration with Market Area Contract Managers and ISS to understand the customer reline schedules and quantities in line with the contracts
  • Collaboration with the Supply Chain to understand the required material movements to/from the factory
  • Understanding of the contract/s scope, inclusions, exclusions
  • Collaboration with Global Logistics to coordinate material movements from customer to Metso and Metso to third parties, taking ownership transfer, permits and trade & compliance guidelines into account for each location
  • Obtaining quotations from third party companies as required
  • Completion of all SAP transactions such as order booking and purchase orders
  • Coordination of invoicing (and execution of invoicing where required)
  • Coordination of stock updates (as required)
  • Compilation of reports/updates (as required by management)
  • Execute high quality backlog management practices to ensure on-time delivery
  • Ensure compliance to Metso processes, policies and guidelines

 

 

Who you are

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in order management, supply chain, or production planning.
  • Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Experience working with SAP systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
