Introduction

We are looking for a Manager, CNS Order Management to lead our operations in Chile or Peru and ensure seamless end-to-end execution of customer orders across the defined region.

In this role, you will play a key part in driving operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement, ensuring high-quality order execution and strong collaboration across multiple stakeholders.

You will report to the Director, CNS Order Management SAM, and the position is based in Concón Chile or Lima, Peru, with up to 10% travel.

 

Team you belong to

You will join a team of CNS Order Management SAM dedicated to end-to-end order management for CNS products. We are currently  working on several projects to expand CNS support throughout all CNS BLs.

We work closely with internal / external stakeholders, such as Business Line and Product Groups, Market Area organization, Global Logistics function, Supply Chain organization and External vendors.

This team plays a critical role in ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction across the region.

The members in your team are located in Perú and Chile.

 

What you’ll do

  • Ensure consistent and high-quality order booking and fulfillment is executed in the defined region.
  • Ensure high quality backlog management practices are executed in the team end to end in cooperation with all required stakeholders.
  • Drive performance across key metrics such as On-Time Delivery, backlog health, and operational efficiency.
  • Responsible for efficient operative performance follow-up (daily/weekly/monthly execution practices), corrective actions and related reporting.
  • Partner with Market Area Teams in the defined region
  • Work as point of contact and resolve escalations on order-related issues
  • Ensure end to end good communication level with Market Areas , BLs and supplying units.
  • Lead and develop a team of Order Management professionals.
  • Ensure efficient operations and manage resourcing needs.
  • Drive operational performance and employee satisfaction within own organization.
  • Actively support process development and participate in identifying improvement needs.
  • Drive continuous improvement culture in the team.
  • Ensure high quality data and system compliance related to Entry Process.
  • Ensure compliance to Metso processes, policies and guidelines
  • Ensure compliance with trade regulations, tax requirements and contractual obligations.

 

Who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong experience (5+ years) leading order management or similar operational teams.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence the team also across functions.
  • Experience working with SAP, Microsoft Office Applications and data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including conflict resolution.
  • Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is considered an advantage.
