职位概要：Job Summary

负责产品装配、调试、包装工艺及标准作业指导书（SOP）的编制；

负责装配、调试、包装用工装夹具设计及工具（设备）的选用；

制定并核准装配、调试工序标准工时；

负责装配工艺流程和装配线布局的改善、提高装配质量和效率；

通过设定合理的装配工艺及设备、工装确保装配过程中的质量管控，对于装配质量异常进行分析及制定改善方案；

负责指导、跟踪和解决产品装配过程出现的工艺技术问题，从工艺角度对产品设计提出优化建议；

负责产品发货包装和装箱方案的设计；

完成领导安排的其他临时工作。

工作职责：Job Responsibilities

1、 负责产品装配BOM搭建、制定并核准装配、调试工序标准工时；

2、 负责装配、调试、包装工艺及作业指导书（SOP）的编制；

3、 优化装配生产工艺流程和装配车间工艺布局；

4、 负责装配调试工具的选型和工装设计。

5、 负责制订培训计划，组织对一线员工进行专业培训、产品工艺技术交底和车间现场问题处理；

6、 完成领导交给的各项临时工作。

职位需求与任职条件：Job Requirements and Qualifications

1、 本科及以上学历，机械相关专业毕业，拥有中级以上技术职称；

2、 从事重型机械装配工艺工作8年以上，有破碎机装配工艺经验和发动机动力相关经验优先；

3、 熟悉重型机械设备装配工艺流程，有过移动破碎设备设计经验优先考虑。

4、 熟练使用CAD、SOLIDWORKS CAPP等制图和工艺编制软件及Micro soft 办公软件；

5、 有团队协作精神和创新学习能力；

6、具有良好的沟通能力和抗压能力，工作积极主动有创新精神。
